EDMS – EXTREME DISTRIBUTORS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Extreme Racing Shox officially present its new online tool for the management of any services made by our distributors from all over the world. A software dedicated to service points that work with EXT shocks, to guarantee traceability and the list of works done in the product life.
This official announcement come parallel to the launch of the new V3 series of MTB shocks, the increase of demand and the worldwide distribution make difficult to track all operations on the shock. So EDMS encase the needs of service points and the guarantees for customers.
HOW IT WORKS
EDMS, acronym for Extreme Distributors Management System, works in an online platform accessible with the login data only to authorized service points.
Inside this area, all the service points must upload the “Service Chart” filled with all the shock data and the works made. In this way, we can see all the works made in a specific shock. The omission of this procedure will void the warranty.
Also in personal area service points can find a spec list and bike model authorized by EXT.
GUARANTEES FOR THE CUSTOMERS
This system ensure more guarantees for the customers and the certainty that the operations will be made by a service point authorized by Extreme Racing Shox. The list of all the works made on a shock allows to have a clear view on the product life.
A second-hand purchase can be, on request, accompanied by the product life review.
